Produktinformationen "Sahnestand Joghurt 130g"

Die Sahnestände enthalten alle nötigen Zutaten zur einfachen, sicheren und schnellen Herstellung von Sahne-Torten, -Schnitten, -Rouladen und -Desserts. Sie brauchen nur noch geschlagene Sahne und Wasser hinzugeben. Fertig ist eine standfeste und aromatische Sahne. Die Sahnestände werden ohne Zusatz von künstlichen Farb- oder Konservierungsstoffen hergestellt.

Sie erhalten beim Kauf nur das Sahnestand-Pulver. Keine Früchte oder Dekoration.

Grundrezept:
130g Sahnestand
310ml Wasser, 20°C
260g Sahne, geschlagen

Verrühren Sie das Sahnestand-Pulver mit dem Wasser. Anschließend heben Sie das Gemisch unter die geschlagene Sahne. Setzen Sie jetzt Ihre Torten ein und stellen Sie diese mindestens zwei Stunden kalt.
Das Grundrezept ist ausreichend für eine Torte 24cm Durchmesser oder eine Roulade 50x30cm.
Für eine leckere Mousse geben Sie einfach 100g mehr Sahne hinzu.

Zutaten: Zucker, MAGERJOGHURTPULVER, Gelatine (Rind), Modifizierte Stärke: E1412; Maltodextrin, Säuerungsmittel: Zitronensäure; Aroma. Kann Spuren von NUSS, MANDEL, MILCH, EI und WEIZEN enthalten.
